IBM ImagePlus Workstation Connector
IBM® Content Manager ImagePlus® is designed to manage very large volumes of document-based information in high-transaction rate applications. IWPM is the desktop component for DB2 ImagePlus® and can also be used as a desktop component of DB2 Content Manager for iSeries. Paper documents, photos, drawings, graphics, and many other types of information can be scanned or captured as electronic documents; organized into folders; linked to business applications; routed through work processes; and presented to users on demand. It is easily installed from a single server or central location.
MS Technology’s Raster SDKs and MST Viewers can be integrated with IBM's ImagePlus. Our imaging technology will enable your organization to upgrade or migrate from IBM ImagePlus. By using our viewing technology, your organization will be able to view and create various proprietary file formats, including MODCA, AFP, PTOCA, and IOCA, and annotations in ImagePlus.
- Supports all the Functions and Features of ImagePlus and IWPM with More – Capture, display, print, and manipulate bi-tonal, color and grayscale on images in various formats and import or export many different types of documents from images and text to other data formats. Unlike IWPM, MST Viewer supports Microsoft Vista OS; PDF, Word Doc, and XML file formats.
- Supports multiple formats in one universal viewer – Access, view, convert, annotate, and print multiple document and image formats stored within IBM ImagePlus.
- Provides annotation capabilities – Annotate any document or image format supported in the viewer including Word, MODCA, AFP, PDF, TIFF, JPEG, XML, and more.
- Supports annotations - View old annotations from ImagePlus and have the ability to upgrade to XML annotations.
- Can be customized to your needs - With our SDKs, you can customize the viewer to your organization's needs or let us customize our MST Viewer for you.
